It’s That Time of Year Again

For more than a quarter of a century, Preston Hardware has been proud to host ToolFest, our annual tool sale event. Ottawa’s biggest and best tool show has become legendary, drawing fans from far and wide each year. ToolFest is our flagship event, and for the first time in 27 years, we’re going fully digital!

In light of the realities of Covid-19, this year’s ToolFest event will be held in virtual form to protect the health and safety of our staff and customers. We’ve also extended the fun and savings from two-days to FIVE! That’s five days to save big on tools and accessories.

Here’s how it will work this year: From August 17^th to August 21^st, simply visit TOOLFEST.ca where all of our featured products including Milwaukee, DeWalt and Bosch, etc. can be found. After your purchase, Preston Hardware will contact you with pick-up or delivery instructions.

This year’s event will still have the same great selection and deals that ToolFest shoppers have come to know and look forward to, accessed from the safety and comfort of your own home. Preston Hardware has lined up incredible deals and support from all your favourite tool suppliers, securing pricing and deals not available anywhere else.

ToolFest is Canada’s largest tool festival, happening once a year right here in Ottawa. Hosted by Preston Hardware, ToolFest has become Ottawa’s must-attend event for tool lovers everywhere. Traditionally a 2-day event featuring the most innovative tools and the hottest deals offered anywhere in the region, this year’s event will be held online, over a period of five days. In the spirit of giving back to our community, and to show our appreciation to our customers, Preston Hardware hosts ToolFest to give customers the opportunity to acquire the newest tools at the lowest prices possible. This celebration of all things tool related began in 1993 as an event for contractors featuring more than 40 different manufacturers. As ToolFest evolved over the years, it opened to the community, giving people access to the same great deals as contractors and professionals.
